Which countries do you serve?

We currently supply Romanian construction workers to companies in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, France, Norway, Sweden, and other EU countries. We are expanding continuously — contact us if your country is not listed.

Do Romanian workers need work permits in EU countries?

No. Romanian citizens are EU nationals and have the right to work freely in all EU/EEA member states. No work permits are required. We handle all EU worker documentation, including the A1 certificate and posting declarations, for every candidate. All candidates are vetted with verifiable project experience.

How does EU worker compliance work?

Posted workers remain subject to host-country labour law for the duration of the assignment. We manage the entire compliance process: we prepare the required employment documentation and certificates, file the relevant notifications (e.g. Zoll in Germany, LIMOSA in Belgium), and designate a local representative where required. Your company is fully protected.
